Results are the only thing that matter
M've been a commission-only sales professional and business owner for over two decades. I've never had a salary or a guaranteed base to rely on to pay my bills. This means that if I'm unable to close a sale, fulfill my customer's expectations or generate a result, I don't get to eat or pay my bills.
Efforts don't matter. Results do.
Eat what you kill. Every single day, a lion wakes up with one assignment: find food. The lion understands that nobody is going to give them a free meal and they will have to hunt and locate their next meal. It doesn't matter how long she hunts, where she hunts, how fast she runs or how many opportunities she gets to kill her prey - all of her efforts are useless unless she is able to kill her prey. The result is all that matters.
Don't try. Do.
My company works with other sales professionals and companies to improve sales and increase revenue. Our team understands that it doesn't matter how hard we try to help them generate a result if we are unable to help our client generate an acutal result. We are not in the business of trying - we are in the business of doing. And so are you.
I was able to build Stupar Enterprises into a multi-million dollar company in under 2 years.
My personal success is directly reflected by the success of my company.
My company's success is directly reflected by the results we're able to generate for our clients.
Regardless of what you do, the only thing that matters is producing a result.
It doesn't matter how many calls you make, how many doors you knock, how many books you read, how many courses you take or how hard you 'try'.
