1. Memorize the responses.
2. Internalize the responses.
3. Personalize the respones.
Cashcards: Flashcards for Closers were designed to help salespeople struggling with handling objections find responses they can use to schedule more appointments and close more sales.
As you spend time memorizing the content on the Cashcards, you'll want to role play your responses so you can deliver the correct word track to your customer in your own personalized way.
Being able to comfortably handle objections without becoming emotional will help transfer confidence and certainty to your buyer. The questions at the end of each response will also assist you in maintaining control in the sales process and help you identify the real reason why your customer hasn't decided to take action (yet).
Ultimately, this will require you or your team to study the Cashcards frequently and consistently over a period of time long enough to develop real skill.
I encourage you to schedule a small portion of your day and dedicate it to practicing and role playing the sales objections and continue practicing until you no long have to think about what to say.
Once you get on that level, keep practicing. After all, it doesn't take very long to get 'rusty'. Practice and study your Cashcards daily to make sure you stay sharp.
