Cashcards Return Policy

Here’s exactly how returns work. No guesswork.

Digital Cashcards

All digital purchases are final. No refunds.

Return window: Start your return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Decks must be unopened, with the original seal intact. Cashcards are training material. Once a deck is opened, it can’t be refunded.
Inspection: Every return is inspected on arrival. A deck that is unopened with the seal intact passes. Anything else doesn’t.
Refunds: Approved returns get a refund of the product price to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. A flat $7 return shipping fee is deducted from every refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank controls when the refund posts.
Failed inspection: Opened decks or decks with a broken seal are not refunded. We’ll ship them back at your cost, or hold them for 30 days before disposal.
Bundles: For orders that include both digital and physical products, only the unopened physical decks are eligible for refund.

Opened your deck and realized you need a different industry? Exchange it once for a different industry deck within 30 days of delivery.

Report it within 7 days of delivery. Once we verify the issue, we’ll ship the correct deck at no cost. No return needed.

Decks purchased on Amazon follow Amazon’s return policy. Start those returns through your Amazon account.

Damaged or wrong deck: include photos of the deck and the issue.
Swap: include the industry you need and photos of the deck you’re sending back.

For returns and swaps, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. For returns, the $7 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
